Bookings are confirmed only after Oxford Premium Transfers has accepted the journey details and agreed the price.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, flight and contact details. Parking, tolls, additional stops, route changes and extended waiting time may incur additional costs. Cancellation terms should be confirmed when the booking is accepted.

Waiting time: Up to 30 minutes free waiting time is included. After 30 minutes, waiting time is charged at ?30 per hour.

We aim to provide punctual, safe and professional chauffeur travel, but journey times can be affected by traffic, weather, airport delays and other circumstances outside our control.
